Rice or any whole grain is a wonderful addition to any meal. A “Rice Cooker” can be used for most grains with wonderful results.

Once you have made the basic polenta you are ready to use your creativity and fry it up, dehydrate it, grille it or whatever you choose.
We like to put a little honey on it before we dehydrate or fry it.

Just like sugar cookies but with honey.
